Just a heads up, I got an email from wonder.flowers letting me know they've stopped trading. Still, you can sign up and enter your payment info. On top of that, I'm still waiting on £25 for a charge from June for flowers I neither ordered nor got.

I gave Wonder a shot after being with a different flower subscription for a bit. I was really let down because the first delivery had flowers that were already fully bloomed and, in some cases, past their best, plus a bunch of buds were pretty squished. Now, just three days later, the whole bouquet seems to be fading fast. This is definitely not what I was looking for, so I went ahead and cancelled my subscription right away.

The first delivery was fantastic, and I thought I had struck gold. However, while I was away for the first time in four years, the second delivery was supposed to show up but never did. They took my hard-earned cash, but there were NO flowers. My daughter, who was supposed to receive them, was heartbroken and really upset, especially since she knows about my financial struggles. I reached out and spoke to Andrew, who was quite helpful and, I must say, patient. We managed to sort out the issues, the biggest one being the use of Yodel. I've now decided to cancel my subscription. It's Thursday, and they promised a bouquet yesterday, but I got NOTHING. Honestly, I just can't deal with this company anymore.

I’m a new customer at Freddie’s flowers. I placed my order on June 6th, expecting them to show up on the 13th, but they never came, and there was no contact number for Wonder Flowers to check on the status. Finally got my first delivery today via Yodel, but it was a whole 10 days late. When I opened the box, the flowers were totally rotten. The smell is just awful! Thankfully, I got a full refund for the flowers, and I’m satisfied with the service overall. Just a bummer about Yodel.

I got my first flower bouquet yesterday, and they’re just beautiful. It’s a bit early to tell how long they’ll last, but they look super fresh and nicely arranged. The complimentary starter set was great as well, along with the nasturtium seeds. I’ve had to hit pause on my monthly deliveries until I return from my holiday in July. The website works well, so everything’s been smooth sailing so far.

Gorgeous blooms, arrived just like they said. Placed them in my cute vase. Can't wait for my next surprise flowers! A very happy customer.

Just got my initial order and it was such a treat - not only was the vase nice, but the secateurs and everything else were packed nicely too, plus the flowers were simply fantastic - honestly the finest I've ever had. I appreciate that you can pick your selection or opt for a surprise bouquet. Also, I dig that they come 'ready' to pop right into the vase, and they stayed fresh for an entire month!

Amazing flower delivery service! I've always enjoyed having blooms around my place, but I just can't seem to arrange them well! So this is a total score for me. The flowers arrive in a lovely bouquet; all you need to do is snip the stems, and you're set. My current arrangement is 16 days old and still appears just as stunning (if not even better) than when it first arrived! Absolutely beautiful - I highly suggest it. I get tons of compliments from friends and family who come over about how lovely they always appear!

I was thrilled when my first bouquet showed up yesterday! The flowers are stunning, and I really appreciated the complimentary gifts included. I’m all about the convenience, so I was super happy that I didn’t have to mess around with arranging them. I just dropped them into the vase they sent along, and they looked fantastic. Today’s delivery experience - absolutely gorgeous blooms and a bunch of lovely extras. It’s such a delight to just drop them into a vase - top-notch quality and way more affordable than other flower delivery services, yet still just as good. I can’t recommend this enough. Plus, it’s clever how you maintain the freshness of the flowers by keeping the stems moist in oasis. Five stars! ⭐️

Gorgeous bouquet of blooms along with the starter kit. We ran into a problem with Royal Mail not doing their job right, so they showed up late and weren’t looking their best. However, I reached out to the company, and they promptly sent me replacements. Fantastic service and truly lovely flowers. Thanks a bunch, folks!

Awesome discovery! The customer service is top-notch - I haven't received a bouquet that I didn't love or that looked shabby. My only suggestion is that since I get deliveries twice a month, an additional packet of flower food would be super helpful to keep them fresh longer. I've told a bunch of friends about you and will keep spreading the word! Thanks a ton! S

I paid for my flowers, but they never arrived. It's been 4 days now, and I've reached out 3 times without any response. The customer service is awful; I won't be using this service again!

I got some flowers for my mum for Mother's Day. This was my first time ordering from Wonder Dot. Not only did I get the gorgeous blooms, but they also included a vase, some secateurs, sweet pea seeds, a jam jar for the cut stems, flower food, and a tiny tube of love heart candies. My mum's gonna be so happy!!

Gorgeous blooms! I totally recommend! The option to modify your arrangement is fantastic. I've received 2 surprise bouquets, both absolutely beautiful. Planning to go for something bold next time for a little variety. Thanks once more! Really love this subscription!
